Healthy Mozzarella bread pizza

My daughter invented this recipe and since it’s invention we have included it in the family meal, it is not only easy to prepare, it tastes good and fulfilling . I used mozzarella cheese and different vegetables. You can decide to use any cheese or vegetables of your choice.

I chose mozzarella because it is very low in fat in comparison with other cheeses. It contains vitamins and protein, it is made from milk, therefore, it is a dairy product which provides important nutrients.

Mozzarella contains biotin, vitamin B6, thiamine, niacin and riboflavin. All these are soluble vitamins (which means our body use the vitamins without storing them up). Mozerella supplies our body with immediate nutrition which is used up as soon as it gets in our systems.
Mozzarella is also a good source of calcium. Calcium protects tooth enamel and sustains healthy bone structure due to phosphorus in it. Other nutrients in mozzarella include iron, sodium, potassium and chloride.

I used peppers a lot. Peppers are beautiful to look at and contain amazing properties. Peppers contain loads of vitamin C which give your immune system a boost and contribute to your youthfulness. I used peppers and mushrooms because they contain loads of vitamins and minerals.

I often use whole grain bread, but, it is up to you what bread you want for yours. There are many pieces of bread to choose from, this recipe works with any type of bread you might be thinking of using. Just explore to see how it works with cheese and other vegetables.

Here’s how I made mine.

Ingredients
Bread
Mozzarella cheese
Tomato paste
Mushrooms
Tomato
Pepper
Mixed herbs

First, preheat the oven to 180C F. Chop all your vegetables. Place all your ingredients on separate plates. Cut your bread into slices.Spread each slice of bread with tomato paste.  Arrange your toppings on top of each coated bread. Cut your cheese and arrange on top. Sprinkle with mixed herbs  ( thyme, basil etc)  and arrange on an oven tray or dish.

Place your tray in the oven and cook for 15 minutes or until the cheese melted  . Serve with salad of your choice and enjoy!
