What happens to your body during fasting.

With fasting comes bad breath, weakness, tiredness, hunger, resilience and endurance.  Fasting is the bedrock to high spirituality. Apart from spiritual benefits, fasting is great for you and these are few scientific proofs on the impact of fasting on your body.

Detoxification
Fasting detoxifies your whole body. The tiredness, bad breath, headaches, dizziness, and hunger tell tales of the cleansing taking place inside of you. Fasting clears off the toxins. Fasting makes you whole again and it effortlessly repairs damages in your body without your knowledge.

Breakdown of fatty acids
Fats are composed of transformed fatty acids. During fasting, these fatty acids are broken down. The body burns stored up sugar for energy. The unused fat got used up. You are more likely to lose weight while burning the stored up fat when you fast. You might experience boil or pimples, this happens when the body is being scrubbed clean and all the bad rancid oils are sent packing. You may also feel pain in your joints, this is due to the reconstruction of tissues and breaking down of unwanted fatty acids. The white blood cells work effectively and your immune system is strengthened. Fasting aids weight loss.

Restoration
During fasting, your digestive organs have periods of rest. This is a rest that is highly needed for the healing taking place in your body. Your body now focuses on healing and cleansing. Your lungs and other vital others are going through the repairs. You may feel tired and weak but changes are being made and your colon is going through restorations. You might experience loose faeces as the cleansing is focused on your colon and your intestine wall loosen up. Both small intestine and large intestine benefit from this colon cleansing. The lungs are repaired and the liver functionality improves. While fasting, your organ receives more energy, your tissue got purified and your blood vessels begin to  plaque off cholesterol.

Energy

After the episode of tiredness and fatigue, you will experience clarity of mind and body. The body clears off damaged and unwanted stuff. You feel a new surge of concentration, memory and wellness. Fasting provides you with the opportunity to rebuild your body and it gives your body the ingredients needed to heal, rebuild and restore. Your mind is cleared, your heart muscles strengthened and the veins are in good working other. Your brain has more oxygen pumped in. You will feel light and refreshed.
